We’ve listened to our clients over the past 30 years and have established a framework for you to enjoy a wonderful week at a great golf destination. Here is why our clients love Classic Golf Vacations.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Where you stay is not only about the room, it's about the resort amenities, service and location. That's why we choose four (and sometimes) five star resorts. They are good partners to ensure you have a cozy and fun time. We work closely with our clients to secure the particulars about their room.
GOLF: When you travel afar, you want to play some memorable golf courses. We always include the best the area has to offer, keeping in mind that you want a good value.
SOCIALS: We always start and conclude your vacation with a cocktail and dinner party so you can get to know those in the group. It's open seating for dinners so you can sit with friends or get to know someone new. We serve premium brands at our cocktail parties because we know you enjoy the best. We mostly have plated dinners, but sometimes we throw in a great buffet. For those with special diet needs, we work directly with the chef to make sure you get a meal of choice.
APRES GOLF: After the first two rounds of golf, we have a lunch or dinner party at the clubhouse so you can share the day with the group.
BREAKFAST FOR CHAMPIONS: We know you like to start your day with coffee or tea and a delectable selection of breakfast items. That is why we include breakfast each morning (usually off the menu) so you can begin your day with a smile.
TOURNAMENTS: We organize three separate tournaments for you during the week; we rotate golf days and open days. The golf format is a two person best ball of the foursome so it is a team event. Couples/partners are paired together each day and will play with a different twosome each round. Handicaps are not required, but one will be formulated for you based on your recent playing scores. Tournament experience is definitely an asset. Singles and non-golfers are always welcome. Non-golfers can ride with their golfing partner if they wish.
OPEN DAYS: We all love those days when you can make your own plans. We provide you with information on what to do and see, plus the resorts always have a concierge to provide you with details and make your arrangements.
THE DETAILS: We include porterage, dining and maid gratuities and all the taxes. In preparation for your trip we send a detailed itinerary and general information packet about dress (always resort casual, no ties), weather, directions and specifics about the trip. Classic Golf Vacations manages the land portion of the trip only.
